Update. After my review was seen by customer support they kindly reached out. They apologize for my poor experience and offered to send a new watch. In less than a week I received my new watch. It is the same style and color as I originally ordered. I mist say I never expected a replacement and when offered I assumed they would send a random color. It was very kind of them to look at my order and make sure I received a true replacement. I have already received more accurate readings as well.Customer Support is definitely 5 star! I will make an additional update if need be but I am more then satisfied with how this experience was handled.Original Rat was ⭐️Got this watch 9 months ago. Over the last 2.5 months ot has stopped connecting to my app, the step count and blood pressure is way off. Now even the sleep monitor is very inaccurate. I wash my hands with this on most of the time but take off for shower and swimming. I know this is an inexpensive investment but very unhappy with the lack of consistent functioning. The watch it's self is still in good shape. The screen and band are in good working order.

I purchased this FitVII watch in December, and have been extremely pleased with it. In its price range, the features of the FitVII are as good as others out there. It's sturdy and comfortable to wear 24/7, available in several colors including a light purple color, my favorite! I particularly love the simple sleep monitor that, to me, seems pretty accurate in keeping track of the total time slept each night. Works for me! I also love the Phone Locator function included in the features. I "lose" my phone frequently, and it's a pleasure to be able to locate it "hidden" nearby, right where I left it!This fitness tracker's main features, though, count steps, distance, time and calories for a variety of exercises, from running to swimming to cycling, and many others. I find the step and distance monitors about half a mile short when running on the treadmill (doesn't match up with GPS or gym equipment measurements), but overall I can factor this in when I log fitness numbers into MyFitnessPal after every workout. The app is very easy to use, imple in its layout but providing all the info I need to track my progress.Unfortunately, the charging function worked very well until two days ago when I was unable to charge the watch (for my activity level, I charge it about every 10-12 days). I immediately sought help from customer support at the manufacturer, and my concerns were addressed professionally and promptly by Allisa, the customer support rep at FitVII. She is arranging for a new magnetic charger to be shipped to me immediately (these magnetic chargers are for the most part not interchangeable with other fitness watches). So Allisa's expertise and guidance have been most helpful in the diagnostic process as she wanted to ensure that the problem was the cord and not the watch itself.I will provide an update to this review when the new charger arrives in the next few days. In any event, prompt service and support are critically important, and I am very pleased with the response to my concerns thus far.UPDATE: The replacement charge cord was received three days after contacting Allisa at customer support. It works perfectly, and I'm very satisfied with the outstanding customer support I received! I highly recommend this fitness watch and the customer-centric sales and support at FitVII.

I'm not sure where to start on this, but I will say this.Do not rely on these to give you an accurate reading. I have been to the doctor seven times because this stupid watch keeps telling me that my oxygen level is going down to 88-82. This made me very nervous because I just had a traumatic experience happen in february so you could imagine my fear and anxiety going through the roof when I would go into the doctor's office and my oxygen level would be normal. What sealed the deal was when I put it on my couch and it was reading all the stats, or when I fell asleep with it on the couch arm and it was monitoring all of my stats from the couch arm. If you put it on continuous monitor and do not wear it, It will still make up random numbers and I was able to verify when I fell asleep on my security camera and I was not wearing the watch. I believe it's defective and for $40, I feel I was ripped off, so i'm sending it back. At least now, I know i'm completely healthy with all my doctor visits.

Really like the size and options of this watch. However, I bought it a year ago and now it’s not holding a charge. So frustrating because I really like it but not if it’s going to die after a year. Daily recharges are not good.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Not really expensive in case I break it, and reliable. Works great and is easy to use. I was not interested in the text and phone alerts; I was more interested in the fitness aspect, and that does exactly what I wanted. Very happy with the purchase. The extra plus is the battery lasts a long time.

Worked well for 3 years then died. I used it hard. It has a lot of functions but is a little harder to navigate than the newer ones

Very pleased good value for the cost. Looks smart and comfortable to wear. For an individual that is not too technical is was easy to setup and use. Health data appears to be accurate

I specifically wanted a watch that would read blood pressure, heart rate, and had a screen that was large enough to read and also a good price point. I am very happy with this choice.
