Ozzy Osbourne – Patient Number 9 (Epic)A 2022 album which, given his health, could be his coda. But then, although he is unable to walk, he still sings quite well, so we hope for more work.With ten of the thirteen tracks featuring guest guitarists ranging from the late Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton and his old bandmate Tony Iommi, Patient Number 9 is a somewhat brighter album than his previous more somber works but is nevertheless dark lyrically and exciting as all hell instrumentally.Ozzy is in fine form, blasting forward much as his friends singing on their guitars. Obviously being a Beck fan from “Truth” on, I was especially glad to see an extended foray by Beck on the title track as well as a second track featuring Jeff.There is the old sense of Ozzy on many songs, majestic yet sinister yet more in tune with the upbeat sound of songs such as “Paranoid”, with enough of the Blizzard that we do not forget his peak with Randy Rhoads.Hopefully not a coda, but if it is, it is a fine work.(4.5 stars out of 5)MC Mahan

Purchased for my son for Christmas. He loves Ozzy! Very satisfied with item.

this cd came in a timely manner and as described . i have only had time to listen to a little bit and it sounds like it's pretty good .

Actually a really solid rock album with some pretty good guitar playing and vocals. If you're a music fan and like rock this one is worth getting and seems like it would be a great collector piece.
