What is difference between white and gold monk fruit sweetener?

To me, golden monk fruit has a golden color and tastes a little like brown sugar. The monk fruit white sugar has the same consistency as white sugar. Hope that helps.

As a vegan who does not use sugar, monkfruit has been a game-changer. I use less monkfruit than I did sugar, which is great. The FDA says monkfruit is safe for all to use, even a pregnant woman. I use it daily and cook and bake with it, and have for years. I've never had a reaction to it. I hope you enjoy it on your food journey. Good vibes to you.

It doesn't say on the packaging however keep in mind it's made from Monk Fruit so that must come from Asia. The only difference will be whether or not the manufacturing processes to make the final product based in a different country, e.g., the homebase for manufacturing operations. Yet like I stated that is not listed on the packaging.
