I don't have an overpowering issues with swelling. Usually just some cut back on too many salty snacks and regular on my med for it, but this stuff I wear most the time. It's a great comfort feeling. I cut enough for just below the knee and just to the ankle. Good side bene, it's helps keep my socks up. :)

I wasn’t happy at all with this product. Didn’t help with appliance adhesion at all. In fact, it made it worse. A product I’ve been using successfully for years was discontinued, putting me on the hunt for a replacement - this was not it!
