I’ve been using HealthVeda Calcium Magnesium Zinc with D3, B12 & K2 for some time and I’m happy with the results. It’s a good all-in-one supplement for bone, muscle, and immunity support. The tablets are easy to swallow and don’t cause stomach discomfort. I like that it includes Vitamin D3 and K2 along with B12, which makes it more complete than regular calcium tablets. Overall, a good quality product at a reasonable price.

Bad product not effective , there is no health benifit . I used other brands their products are effective but health Veda is very bad

Iwas already taking calcium but my nutritionist suggest switching to this one she explained that calcium need vitamin k2-7 and d3 to actually work which this brand provides it's been much more effective than my previous tablets and I don't feel any bloating at all.
