Horbäach Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate | 2000mg Supplement | 100 Capsules

I began using this product two years ago when I read about how Magnesium L-Threonate was found to be helpful for brain health in older individuals, but not necessarily in younger individuals. What makes it especially remarkable is the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, so I decided to try it. It's also suppose to help with falling asleep quickly, but I didn't have that experience initially, until someone recommended taking a D3 vitamin at the same time, which speeds absorption. Since adding D3, I get immediate results. The only side effect that I had when taking this product is waking during the night with cramps on the top of my foot. That had never occurred before I started taking it, but I found that adding a potassium vitamin at the same time completely resolved the problem. I find Horbaach's L-Threonate very helpful when taken before bed along with one D3 and one potassium vitamin. One warning is that L-Threonate should not be taken by those with kidney issues or heart issues. If that applies to you, a better choice may be Magnesium Glycinate, but be sure to check and do your own research. If you're seeking a good Magnesium L-Threonate product, though, Horbaach is an excellent choice.

If I could give more than five stars, I would on this product. After 5 1/2 years of struggling with insomnia, anxiety, and restless nights I finally found something that gives me a reprieve in my sleep. I have tried several magnesiums, and hands-down, this magnesium is the best. I tried taking a different threonate magnesium with the same MG, but it didn’t even come close to this product. The next night I took my Horbaach magnesium and slept like a baby. It is a sleep that is comforting and calm. I take one in the morning and it gives me clarity throughout the day. I take two about an hour before bedtime and I will start yawning. The sleep is a welcome part of my life and I am so glad I found this. I did not want to stay on antidepressants and this is a pleasant change. I encourage anyone that’s having sleep problems to purchase this magnesium and take it religiously. The instructions says to take two during the day and one at night, but I do it the other way around and it works great. Our body needs our sleep to heal and this magnesium gives me that. No leg cramps either. Five stars hands down.

This is a high quality product with all the safety ratings. I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks, and seems to be supporting my system well.
