I love Dalat from Nguyen Coffee. I originally bought it to use in a phin filter for traditional vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. While this isn't my favorite roast for that purpose (I still prefer robusta there), this roast has become one of my favorites for regular drip and pour-over brewing. I love the medium-dark roast with the rich, fruity aroma of arabica beans. There's something slightly different about the flavor compared to south American or African coffees. The quality and freshness are on par with many of the best "specialty" brands, but there's none of the harshness typical of bright, fruity coffees from other regions. It's become one of my go-to coffees for daily use. And yes, I'm a coffee snob. Just try it.

Fresh roasted specialty coffee delivered fast and well-packed. This coffee produces an excellent crema and wonderful nutty full flavors while miraculously and naturally lower-than-typical on the caffeine, so I can make several for my wife throughout the day. Easily worth the price!

Updated review: I first rated this coffee low. I thought it was surprisingly weak. Nguyen's customer service is outstanding! I was contacted regarding my review. In retrospect, there are so many factors in beans to market, user methods, etc. It's worth another try. I'm changing my rating on their customer service and the hopes of having a better product experience in future.

I bought a phin filter and this coffee after trying Vietnamese coffee at a local restaurant. The coffee is delicious with a smooth bold flavor.

This coffee I been getting for a while it’s the best flavor/caffeine content/ freshest. Coffee ive ever bought. I’m a coffee junkie I’m very picky when it comes to my coffee. Give this a try you owe it to ur self. Thank you For such a great product please I beg u don’t do like everyone and soon as u get the money flowing and loyal customers don’t sacrifice the quality of ur great coffee to put a couple bucks in ur pocket. Love this coffee.
