Is there refills for vanilla/lavender also know as garden lavender brand 396 st

Not certain. I got 2 complete sets. Sorry I wasn't more helpful.

What is the diameter of the bottle? I have a small shelf I want to put it on, but don't want the diffuser to stick out over the edge

Hello, customer Thank you for your interest on our brand. The diameter is 3.35 inches.

How long do these last?

Bought the rose. Going on 9 months and finally needs replacement because the contents have evaporated (but still smells rosy!)
