Can you use this in an air fryer?

Yes, I use it all the time for chicken and it is great. It comes out crispy, flavorful and not greasy.  I use my hyped air fryer all the time and its all good.

Can I add some beer to it to make beer battered fish?

I just added one cup of this, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and some beer, and stirred it up to make a nice batter, not too thick not too thin, I deep fried it for just under 5 mins, I washappy with it, but it turned out a little dark brown, and the cod wasn't very flaky as I get when I get it in the restaurant. This is my first time ever making beer battered fish, I think I need to make a few modifications, if anyone has some advice for me I would greatly appreciate it.  I used a bag of frozen cod fillets, and didn't defrost them maybe that was what I did wrong, or maybe I need a different cut of cod or something, I am happy with this, but just need some advice to adjust what I am doing, if anyone has a perfect set of steps they use to make beer battered fish please let me know, Thank you.  I am giving this product a five star rating because of its ease of use, now if only I can get my cooking skills up to that level.

Can you keep Zatarans fish fry mix in freezer?

I would not suggest in it's original container.  Try something airtight, as moisture may cause clumping and dampness.  That is a better chance to keep it loose and dry.
