I was about to get an elastic belt corset, thinking a real one would be both too expensive or too difficult to use. This blew me away! The corset looks well made and is very pretty, it came prestrung (thank god!), and was literally loosen it up, clip the front, and pull the strings tight, kind of situation. My waist has literally never looked this good guys! I’m sitting here wondering how we ever let fashion pull this look away from us. I bought this for a pirate costume party, but I’m thinking this will be an item I can and will use over and over again. It’s gorgeous and feels like a good quality item. And I may get it in different colors, and sizes as I continue to lose weight. Literally one of the best Amazon purchases I have ever made. Do follow the sizing chart to the T, if you are near the lower end of the measurements and don’t mind a slight squeeze, size down. My waist is 43” and the 6x was on point, with plenty of room to tighten and get a snatched look. The lacing has a modesty panel behind it that gives plenty of room and coverage. Don’t be scared, it feels totally fine and you can still breathe normally.

Love this. Holds like a corset. The brown color is a little reddish, but overall a great fit. Fits true to size.

sizing is really odd , however it looks really cool I bought it for trad goth/ romantic goth subculture looks and this is the only outfit I have put together with it so far but I think it'll go well with a good chunk of my closet , I'm 5'11 and 214 and it fit well! im a dude so I don't have anything going on in chest region which left an odd top gap where it wasn't really that attached to me but that also might be due to lacing it wrong , I would've been a 5xl according to the chart but I ordered a 6xl and I definitely recommend sizing up , overall I really nice piece to add to my wardrobe and the price is really good! ive only had it for a few days though so I am unsure about long term stability of the material I did think it was a costume corset but it can definitely be used to waist train in my opinion, but I lace it loose for my outfits cause I am not looking to waist train so if you're looking for a costume piece that looks the part but won't hurt it's all about lacing on this one, definitely might consider buying other colors/styles from this brand! so overall: good but size up in my opinion and can be used in several situations

Absolutely a great purchase. I was a Little bit skeptical because I have tried a few other corsets off of Amazon and none of them really fit. But this one was completely true to its size, and is such good quality. Super flattering and i think it is going to last for a while.

Order 2 sizes larger than you wear.

Bought this awhile ago since my last one finally broke, you have to wear something under it or the metal digs in. Very sturdy and resistant

This is my second one I purchased. I did a medium but I should have did a small because the do stretch and get big around the waist after two weeks of using. So size down. Great product

The sizing information on this is grossly inaccurate. I am a bigger woman, I wear a size 22-24 US (depending on the brand and clothes) but due to other reviews I ordered the 6X which should have been big enough based on their sizing guide of 32-34US. This thing would have looked absolutely terrible in the back if I could have gotten it buckled at all. There is a flap of fabric in the back to extend if you cannot tighten it completely, it is a pretty good size piece of fabric. That still wouldn't have even sufficed for as far out as this would have needed to be stretched.
