Ease of installation. If you can use a screw driver and an adjustable wrench you too can do it. Taste of filtered water. While admittedly subjective I can honestly say I am most impressed at how much the taste of my tap water has improved

The installation took about 20 minutes. Very easy to install. Filter mounting is solid and comes with some screws, but your installation may vary depending on what you're mounting the filter to. After cycling the filter for some time I tested the water for chlorine (which is high in our city water), and there were zero traces (otherwise test would have been yellow). Water tastes good. Overall I'm pleased so far.

This is the second product that I have bought from this company! The first one I bought from them was to replace the PUR water filter system that I was using on my kitchen faucet, and I did like that system, but when I upgraded my kitchen faucet I couldn't use it anymore. So, I went on Amazon to get an under sink filter, and when I saw that you didn't even need to turn off the water to change their filter, and all of the things that it was good for removing from the water, I was sold! I included photos to show you how few parts are needed to install it, in my situation I didn't even use all of them! This one I installed on my hall bathroom faucet because I am crippled and it is difficult for me to walk, so I drink a lot of water out of the cold side of that faucet everytime I go to that bathroom during the day, before going to bed, during the night, and in the morning! The Video shows the difference between the unfiltered hot side of the faucet where you can't hardly see the bottom of the cup, and the filtered cold side of the faucet where you can see the bottom of the cup! It really does work! So I really do recommend it!

I was unable to drink the faucet water before, and rarely used it for cooking. Now I am confident that I will be able to get much better use out of my sink water. After the installation which took my husband all of 15 minutes, and that was due to him being meticulous about instructions and a small work space, I could see and taste the difference in our kitchen sink water supply. Only down part was having to run water for 15 minutes after install. We hate wasting water like that so we filled buckets and watered dry patches in our lawn withi it instead of watching it go down the drain.I already own the on top of sink reverse osmosis Frizzlife water machine, and it was one the best pandemic purchases we made. So excited to have this as a new addition for a cleaner water source for my family!!! Did I mention their customer service is excellent as well??!!

I can't believe Amazon is allowing this product to be sold with false advertising which could potentially harm its customers. The NSF website has a notice from 2023 that specifically states "Frizzlife SW15 Under Sink Water Filter System Issue... Unauthorized use of the NSF mark and claims of NSF certification found in advertising. Frizzlife is not certified by NSF and may not use the NSF certification mark or make any claims of NSF certification." For more info go to nsf dot org and type Frizzlife into the search field. Frizzlife needs to cease and desist and have all its products banned for life from Amazon.

This is my second Frizzlife filter and I am again impressed with the great design and instructions that make for a simplistic installation. This filter bracket has a pivot hinge which makes it very convenient to access the filter when it needs to be changed. You can simply swing it up and twist off the filter in a few seconds. I really like this feature and you will too when you install it and when you change cartridges.

Hi bought this filter for under the sink, fitted it in 15 mins what a difference it made to the water now much better. We did have a problem with a leak around the filter cartridge but the customer service was second to none and it was replaced next day couldn't be more happy with the company and the taste of the water now definitely will be drinking more tap water now

Very worrying after a few months. The water from filter when heated in water-kettle produces huge amount of white-deposits(scales) in the kettle in just one filling...compared to tap-water which may be produces white deposits after a week or longer. I have deliberately tested this phenomenon many times. Is it enhancing calcium ? Scary. Not able to return it but then with kids in the house, we have disconnected this filter. 😕😞

Why did you choose this product over others?: Plumber installed the SW15 model for us. Flow is good - water tastes good too. A few hours later, it started the leak mentioned in far too many previous reviews. Very disappointing, especially as it’s clearly a ‘known’ issue… who has the time for this? Contacted Customer Services yesterday, they will send some part (do not know what this part will be). Will update any progress made here, for your continued insight if you’re still interested in this product. —Update— Customer services were SUPERB! Sent a ‘Replacement Housing Kit’ (i.e. the visible lower white filter part of the device) immediately with super fast delivery - very very impressive indeed. Replaced the part today with fantastic hope. Ran the water for 15 minutes to clear the residues in prep for daily usage. My heart sank, this was leaking too (in the exact same way from the exact same area)… couldn’t believe it! How is this possible. Checked everything once, twice, many many times hoping it was me and not the product as I REALLY liked the water taste and badly wanted this to work. The connection (excuse the pun) is over. It doesn’t work as it should and cannot take up any more of my precious time. It is such a shame that a great 5 star customer service team and response, is let down by a defective product offering. There is something more to this than a one-off/two-off issue. This is unsustainable and Frizzlife would be wise to correct the product fast before the unsustainability spreads to its bottom line if it hasn’t done so already. The upper management at Frizzlife need to start performing as effectively as their customer service team do and ensure products are first and foremost, fit for purpose, and delight their customers.
