Very nice, very cool, very portable! umm, wait, how can a hat be portable?? well, this one folds up, brim and all. Rolls up like a lil burrito, which is perfect for me and anyone else that may need to pocket store it briefly, or travel pack it around! Hat is very comfortable, super light with lots of airflow/breathing, great sun coverage and so far has held up remarkably to trail, in the laundry, etc. Highly recommend, a super value for a super great hat!

Super good quality! This little gym is a substantial cap with a very good brim that folds so you can tuck it in the little carry bag and always have it with you. Everything is high quality sturdy and durable material. Nice vent holes too !....and a good visible color. You never know when you get a folding cap if the brim is going to be substantial durable and hold its shape but this one does!!! You're going to love it, trust me. And you'll always have your cap available if it rains or it gets too sunny because it will be in the little pouch right along with you out of the way until you want it.

(Please note; my laptop has no (letter after "U") key at the moment, so I'm using an underscore in it's place...) It's a really nice hat, to my surprise! The _isor has two thin fore-and-aft "seams", which enables it to be folded in thirds along with the cloth portion, and it's then folded double. It fits into a nice little cloth bag and goes in my glo_e compartment for those times I ha_e to dri_e into a setting sun, and the car's sun _isors just don't cut it. In action, it looks like a pretty respectable outdoors cap, and it fits well down onto my head so's it's unlikely to blow off if I wear it paddling or hiking. I like it.

I like this hat a lot. It's comfortable and it breathes well. It does look slightly uncoventional. I like that it holds its shape well and is foldable.

I bought two of these hats, light gray and dark gray, specifically for running. I was looking for a hat that was light-weight and gave great ventilation while protecting from a strong and direct sun on my, unfortunately, 60+ year-old hair challenged areas. This is the perfect hat. My rating of this hat is based upon (1) its construction, and (2) if it accomplishes my goals. First, the construction. I'm usually very skeptical about buying items on line because of concerns for quality in fabrication. None of that here. I checked every seam and stitch and it was flawless. I should note that the fabric used is very pliable, so it's not stiff like it appears in the picture, and it seems to be a quality fabric. I was intrigued by the folding option of the hat. It folds up as advertised, yet I'm not sure how many times it can be folded before the reflective rim (which is a firmer fabric) will begin to crack at the folds. Time will tell on this, but unless absolutely necessary, I won't be folding up the hat to put it in my go-bag anyway. The hat's bill is a full inch longer (4") than the standard bill on most ball caps (3"). This gives the hat sort of a "duck-bill" look, but more shade for my more-prominent-than-most nose can't be bad. One thing that would be nice is a logo of some sort on the hat's face. The hat is very plain looking except for the reflective accessory (which goes around the bill, and a thin line of it that goes underneath the ventilation areas and across the top of the hat's face), and a different colored ventilation fabric. But because I've always been more into functionality than appearance, I'm not disappointed in the hat's look. Second, does it accomplish my goals -- PERFECTLY. Living in a higher heat-area of the country, I routinely run 9-11 miles in the sun and 90 degree+ heat. My trial run with the hat was a 10-miler in 94 degree heat. In the run I immediately noticed that I wasn't sweating from my head as much, and my head, itself, felt much cooler. With other hats I would have to take the hat off and run a bit to cool off, and especially if I could get in to some tree shade. Not with this hat. I sensed no need to take it off at all. And now that I think about it, I believe I consumed less water during the run because I didn't feel so dehydrated. I think the design of the hat's head band is smart, as it seems to wick the sweat from the band and into the hat's fabric. In my run I soaked the hat's fabric pretty good, including the ventilation fabric. Yet, I sensed that the moisture in the hat's fabric might have been working as part of the hat's cooling system. Now, I'm not a scientist in these things, but I can report that my head was significantly cooler during my run. And the fact that the longer bill gave greater shade to my face adds to my satisfaction. Lastly, the hat is hand-washable, so all that sweat it collected won't be distracting fro the hat's basic look. All-in-all, I give this hat 5 stars in both quality of fabrication, and also performing to my expectations.

This cap is very light and comfortable to wear in hot, sunny weather. When wearing regular ball caps, I often have to take them off to allow my head to cool. This hat is so light that it almost feels like I'm not wearing a hat. Also, the hat folds up and fits into it's carrier bag very easily.

Well-made and pleasantly surprising from the very first moment. The impressions begin right from the unpacking. The packaging is unusual, neat, and creates the feeling of a premium product. The set includes a convenient storage case. A small detail, but very nice. It fits perfectly, keeps its shape, and performs its functions perfectly. Definitely worth the money!

Well made, good size brim, comfortable on warm days…neat thing is it rolls up (even the brim) and fits easily in jacket/vest pocket, or in your back pocket.

Well made and construction is solid. The peak is slightly longer than a baseball cap which provides better sun protection. It fits well and feels good. Folds nicely into pocket size. And it floats (tested while kayaking). Purchasing another one but in bright orange for fall hiking (hunting season).

bad fit

This is the best exercising hat I've tried so far. It does an excellent job at keeping sweat from flowing down my forehead and into my eyes while cycling or running. Fits comfortably under a cycling helmet. My favorite feature is the folding brim which makes it capable of being stuffed in a pocket without destroying its shape.

I bought this for my husband. It is too small to look good on a man. I bought the large size and it fits good around but is too short so sits high on his head and looks stupid, it looks like a ladies hat. I can tighten it and get some use of it but I didn't need a blue hat. A man with a small head would like it. Quality is good.
