This is my review after over a year of using the Agaro Imperial Espresso Maker. The first machine I bought was such bad quality that it started showing issues in 3 months with the boiler and frothing bulb. Both had to be replaced 3 times, and it takes at least 50 calls and 25 emails and endless whatsapp chats over 2.5-3 months with their 'customer care' executives before any action is taken. You end up angry, exhausted and heartbroken that so much money spent has been wasted. I received a new machine after 5 months and now there are the same issues with this one and no-one from Agaro is responding to mails, whatsapp or calls. I even asked them if their company has shut down, why are they not fixing my machine when it is under warranty, but there is deafening silence from Agaro. They just don't care about customers. They have no customer service, no manners, terrible quality machines imported from China and no engineers on the ground that have experience with Espresso makers. I have had a nightmare year dealing with Agaro and I don't wish this experience on my worst enemy. They should be blacklisted. I am stuck with a non-functioning product and a non-responsive company. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THIS IS MY SINCERE AND HONEST REVIEW.

Great service! The steam knob was leaking after using it for 2 years, I reached out to support team and they helped me over call to fix it myself. Machine was not even under warranty. Great service.

Good taste and temperature control. Porta filter could have been a bit bigger as it comfortably holds 9-10g coffee only.
