Kate Farms Milk is very good if you are allergic to dairy products. I have used this many times due to low appetite during chemo treatments. It is a little pricey because it is non- dairy like all other non-dairy products. It is good and smooth and very filling. So you will get full with half. I used in cereal and protein shakes. I like Vanilla better than Chocolate. Chocolate may make a good hot chocolate beverage with a little cinnamon, protein powder and marshmallows. Uuumm..excuse me I need to try this. Kyb

I enjoyed the taste and the fact that it boosted my calorie intake following weight loss after surgery. Coffee flavor was my favorite!

Love these, some days I'm so busy I didn't have time to eat, other days I'm so nauseous I didn't want to eat. Sometimes nothing sounds good. Whatever it might be these are great I know I'm getting good nutrition in the go. They were recommended by my nutritionist to help me build a better habit than reaching for the cookies and candy or driving through the drive through for Burgers and fries and they really have been a great help. Ask it takes is 1 full drink They taste great, I feel full after and I'm satisfied I can go for several hours before I feel ready for my next meal. So glad I have these in my life now.
