I can’t recommend Bytox Recovery Patches enough! I’ve tried cheaper alternatives, and they absolutely did not work. Before these, I would be bedridden after a night out—migraine, nausea, the whole deal. Now, I wake up feeling amazing. I’ve told so many people about these who now use them on the regular. Yes, the smell of the vitamins is strong, but honestly, I’ll take that over feeling hungover any day. Literally a miracle in a patch.

I used the Bytox Recovery Patches after a night out, and I’m amazed—I had no hangover the next day! They were easy to apply, stayed in place, and I felt great in the morning. It’s so convenient and discreet, and I’ll definitely keep using them for nights out. Highly recommend!

I use these patches whenever I start feeling sick or when I feel like I might be coming down with something. They seem to really help support my immune system and make me feel better. I always keep them at home just in case someone in the family starts getting sick. I love having them on hand.

Low odor, but they work!!!!

I bought these because I went to Vegas. I would put one on every morning on my arm (replace the used). Now I'm not sure if this was effective but I never woke up with a headache. Maybe a little tired from being up until 2am but no massive headache, no shakes, no dehydration (I did drink water throughout the day) despite drinking sporadically throughout the day until 2am and everything from beers to cocktails. I would wake up fine and ready to go in the morning. I do recommend these patches if you are going to Vegas. Also, I don't know what the reviews are about them smelling. They did not have any smell (none) to me and did not feel it on. I will buy these again if I'm headed for an all day drinking event.

I DO NOT recommend this product. These patch’s REEK. Not a little, a LOT. I thought the plastic/chemical smell would air out but it actually got worse with body heat.

As long as I put it on (I place on the bottom of my foot) at least 45min-1hr ahead (the earlier the better), this works great for me. As others have said, it doesn't work miracles, but it definitely helps ... a lot - if you have a little more than usual. Don't expect to WAY overindulge and feel fine.
