Cautious with salt quantity
We all have grown up seeing the ad of this natural ingredient product however little caution is important. It has too much black salt 15-18% approx. which is worse for : BP, Can cause Kidney disease , Electrolyte imbalance . So once in a while or otherwise any other option with low salt or no salt .
