Smells nice
It smells amazing and the mask did wonders for the texture of my hair but I have an issue with most toners not working in my hair at all. Most of them do nothing and just wash out leaving my hair looking the same. (On level 8 to 10 spotty bleached hair.) This one did work, not as much as I'd like, but it did actually did tone rather than just wash out of my hair like other products do. (Which I was worried because the color of it was so much lighter than the product image depicts and lighter than most other toning products I've used.) I think if I keep using it possibly my hair will eventually get to where I want it. That or mix my own toner and use in combination since I've had better luck with making my own toner anyhow. Edit: I had bought this product again because I did like how it made my hair felt and was starting to run low. The second one I got the color correct however the container came with a white lid instead of a black one. (Makes me a little suspicious if the packaging is a little different but the label is not.) I loved the scent of the previous one but for what ever reason I can't smell it in the new one. (Maybe I will on my hair?) The cream is also thicker. I have yet to try it in my hair but I still got a little left of the old one. I did put more tint into the old one in an attempt for it to get to the correct color but in the old one it seems like the color separated and went lighter again. (Wondering if that was just a bad batch but even so it did wonders for my hair.) Edit 2: Third time buying it. It's back to the previous consistency with a stronger smell but lighter color. So it seems the mix must not be consistent. Regardless even if the lighter color doesn't tone my hair as much as the darker color I still like how the mask works on the texture of my hair. The scent is listed as "coconut" but it's actually more similar to a green tea and bitter orange scent. (I think) Definitely not "coconut". I had gotten a similar scented perfume because of this hair mask. (Because I like the scent soo much.)

Works well but video is deceptive
The video shows a product that is thick, like a solid paste, and very deeply pigmented. What actually arrives is much thinner and fluid, making it harder to apply on wet hair without wasting some, and not as pigmented. However, it does the job at keeping my silver dye silver, and conditions very very well. It's added enough moisture after two uses that my hair is finally starting to curl again after my last damaging round of bleach and dye. Still, would be ideal if the video and images showed what the product *actually* looks like.

Liked it but didnt like it
Well it didnt turn my hair silver, but it did make it feel silky smooth and it smells good. I would of gave it 5 stars if it would of changed the color.
