one star because it has a small hole that leaks air. you pay for what you get!otherwise a good concept. cheaper than its equivalent but poor quality.Advice: pay more and buy quality. will never buy from this brand again.tried to fix but it kept leaking, deflates in an hour. Just threw it away!

This is such a great product. It was super easy to blow up and put back. The material was soft enough for my face and everyone wanted one. I took this on a flight and it worked great. Was able to watch my movie and fall asleep if I wanted to comfortably. I would highly recommend this product for anyone traveling.

They are comfortable and I like them but they are not good if you are traveling or commuting on a daily bases, as they get holes easy...I had to replace them every 30 days or so. I ended up switching to another kind of travel pillow because of this

good design, but it started leaking air after few hours use.

This is not easy to inflate and took some time. After an hour use, it became wobbly and needs more air.

This is absolutely junk. Right where your chin lays, the seam split open. I never even got to sleep before it split and air rushed out. Worst amazon purchase I ever made. Yes it was cheap, but wow...not even ten minutes. Do NOT purchase this thing.

Everything was exactly as described. The product does have some faint smell, but it seems to be easily ignorable. It took some effort to fill it up the first time as individual pockets were sealed due to the pressure, but eventually I got the air to flow to all the pockets.

Just received the item. It seems comfortable but it's hard to inflate and even more difficult to deflate. I tried so many different ways but it never deflated completely so I couldn't fold it to put it back in the pouch. I can't imagine how I can deflate it and put it away in my bag in the airplane after use.
