These taste so good it’s hard to eat just one! I don’t feel much of a difference, but I will come back in about two weeks to update this review. I started taking this supplement because it is the dead of winter and my vitamin D is low which means my mood has been off so far I haven’t noticed anything extraordinary but they taste great and are very easy to take. I’ve taken them on an empty stomach and I’ve taken them on a meal each time. My stomach has felt OK. These are great

Best Gummies out there seriously! I’ve tried them all. I need to take vitamin D3 and these are delicious and the price is definitely a good value. Plus, you only have to take one a day where other vitamins you need to take two or three times which is annoying. Definitely getting these on the regular.

These are so delicious, I have to coach myself to eat only one. Being able to find a vegetarian D supplement had been very difficult. I’m so happy I found these.

I can’t take pills so I rely on gummies and these taste great. I can tell when I need to take my vitamin d because I start to get sluggish this helps my energy level a lot.

I love the taste and soft texture of these gummies first and foremost. These are a bit too strong for me though. 5000 iu’s is way beyond the daily recommended dose unless a doctor has instructed you to take more. I even tried once a week and it’s still too much for me. I would love to try this brand and flavor at a much lower dose.
