Rubbish , Cheap made, I bought as it was the only one I found but it’s very cheaply made and the device didn’t work, not with the batteries that came with it nor with any other batteries.

Have to say I was dubious about ordering this product after ready some of the reviews. But thought I needed to do something with the hole that was left in the floor from something being dropped (most probably me) It didn't have the colours for my floor, but put a dark base added some lighter colour and mixed. To be fair it looks ok and I am happy with it, might add bit of white to lighten a bit more but to be fair it blends ok. Not a pain ful process, and quite quick to do, but you do have to hold the button to keep it on, and it takes a while to get hot - i touched the end with my arm when smoothing down and it was very hot. - most probably a safety feature so you don't burn yourself, something else or leave it on. The light on mine didn't come one, but felt the end before hot and was walm so knew was heating up. Overall very happy and one for the toolbox. Edit - Had a bit more of a play with the colours and you have to look for it now. - last 2 pics

Not easy to use and it's very difficult to get a relatively good colour match

Poor quality, as all the other reviews stated it doesn’t work. Save your money time and effort and purchase another product.
