Safety, stability, promotion of healing, mental health, independence
I have been a hospital Registered Nurse for 42 years. Recently I crushed my pelvis and had fractures of the spine. Using a typical walker was excruciating to use as bending over increased pain. The upright stance while using this walker and being able to bear the weight on my forearms made being mobile possible. Wide wheelbase made it stable and safe. Hand brakes worked smoothly and slowed/stopped me going downhill. The built-in seat felt strong and doubled as a shelf to carry a shopping basket. Bag provided attaches to walker for additional items on the go. No matter the brand this vertical walker style should be recommended for all folks needing assistance while ambulating during the healing phase. I cannot encourage the public enough to acquire a vertical walker style to promote comfort, to be mobile while healing, and being independent-which is the primary goal for older (and even younger) people. Medicare-age folks can apply to have some reimbursement on the purchase. I am of age but did not seek reimbursement. It was soooooooo worth the money for me to have this equipment to promote my comfort and in turn it brightened my mental health while I healed.

Upright mobility and folds easily
I like the upright mobility, the seat, the height which works out perfectly for arm rests and nice storage pouch. Heavy duty quality and folds nicely. Tightening screws for the back wheels loosen up frequently which is a safety hazard. The same screw knobs stick out to far which makes it challenging to get through doorways. I have banged my ankles a few times on those screws knobs. Thankfully it has a seat to sit on quickly while I get through my pain.

Easy to use
The chair was easy to put together and fold up. They really enjoy using the walker. It's so easy to use, they look forward to using it at the casino.

PRO'S AND CONS
NOT FOR USE PUSHING A PERSON IN IT IN AN EMERGENCY, WHEELS BUCKLE , WON'T ROLL EVEN SLOWLY ASSEMBLY EASY ENOUGH BUT THEY LEAVE OUT SOME DETAILS ON OUTER AND INNER SIDE OF WHEELS UPON ASSEMBLE, BUT EASY TO REMOVE AND PLAVE OTHER SIDE I'M ON THE FENCE ABOUT STURDINESS AS I STATED ABOVE , LIGHTER WEIGHT COMPARED TO WHEELCHAIR BUT AT ABOUT 4X THE WEIGHT OF LITTLE WALKER PICTURED W/IT IN THE ABOVE AD, THE FRAME ITSELF IS FAIRLY STURDY, BUT LIKELY NEED TO ORDER EXTRA HAND SCREWS AS THEY NEED TO BE RE-TIGHTENED FREQUENTLY , BUT NOT SO TIGHT AS TO STRIP OR BREAK THE BOLTS WE'D LIKE TO RETURN IT ANFD PURCHASE SOMETHING MORE FEASIBLE FOR OUR NEEDS AS THIS PERSON CAN ONLY WALK SHORT DISTANCE AND THEN NEED MOBILITY HELP VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR NORMAL TO WIDE PERSON TO SIT IN UNDER 5'7 , THE HANDLE BARS ON SIDES OR TOP ARE IN THE WAY, ALSO *** VERY IMPORTANT*** THIS DOES NOT ROLL EASILY OVER LAWN OR GARDEN HOSES, SMALL CURBS AND SUCH LIKE A PERSON WOULD BELIEVE W/THE LARGE WHEELS! THE BRAKES WORK WELL BUT SINCE THE TIRES ARE HARD PLASTIC THEY SLIDE WHEN BRAKE APPLIED ((I'D RECOMMEND GOING TO A RUBBER BETTER GRIPPING TIRES FOR BRAKING AND ROLLING AS THESDE WOULD NEED REPLACED EVERY FEW MOS W/CONT USE)) LIKELY THE DISABLED PERSON WOULD FALL FORWARD OVER ( MIGHT BE FINE PRODUCT IF ONLY USED INSIDE ON SHORT CARPET OR TILE IN A NURSING HOME SETTING, BUT NOT OUTSIDE !) THE STYLE OF ARM RESTS MAY WORK FOR SOME APPLICATIONS, BUT FOR OUR PURPOSE I SEE THIS CAUSING LOW BACK STRAIN. IF YOU ARE LEANING FORWARD W/BODYWEIGHT AND HAVE TO TRY TO LIFT ROLLATOR OVER A HUMP IS A RECIPE FOR LOW BACK OR SHOULDER INJURY POSSIBLE FALLIMNG OVER AND BEING INJURED IN GOD WE TRUST

No possible to seat on this walker since there is no breaks for a patient who sits on lower handles
Absolutely horrible. My mom fell down on the first day from the seat because the roller walker was keep riding back when she was trying to sit , and there is no breaks to use to stop the walker for a sitting person It was very horrible situation when my mom was just recovering from the hip fracture and unfortunately, she fell on the first day of using this Walker absolutely horrible. There is no design breaks for the person who seats on the seat, it should be some how to install the handles with brakes for the person who sits to keep the brakes in order to stop the walker the person can use.(there are only upper handles with breaks for standing position)There is no way to seat comfortably:the seat is very narrow and there is no breaks for a person who seats on the seat(itโs designed only for standing position to grasp the brakes on upper handles) , but there is no brakes for a person who sits actually on the seat to relax and can be potentially hazardous and prone to injuries and falls.

What I needed
I am a fall risk, and it terrifies me. After several falls, I knew I needed something. My sister recommended this and I bought it. Iโve been using it for six weeks; it makes walking easier and less frightening.

Great upright walking style
This walker is really great if you need to take pressure off of your back or legs. This style of walker keeps you standing upright instead of leaning over to walk. That way you can see where youโre going and make eye contact with other people. I highly recommend this style of walk to anyone in need of mobility assistance.

Not great
Not great but Stuck with it now as I had to use it to find it wasnโt good. Iโm only in my 30s but struggle walking due to certain health issues and this hurt not great up hills even worse downhill and when going over uneven ground it just tips and you have to put extra weight on other side which is not ideal when unstable to begin with. Also when going over outdoor floors it just shakes entire body so very uncomfortable.

Faulty when outside
I purchased this item 6th June. Extremely happy with it. Customers should know when you are mobile outside the seat will not stay down making the frames width a lot less and unsteady. In my particular case could cause me to fall so I only can use it inside.
