December 28th, Everything looks sterile. Which is awesome didn't seem anything weird in the bags. Came with a note explaining how to bags should look also with instructions on how to use the product effectively. Overall a good product so far. Maybe I'll update this later on after use. February 16th Update: all bags came out fantastic no issues. Bursted oats kinda made me iffy I thought there was contam. But, No just bursted oats leaving there little brown residue on the bag. Perfect, Will Buy Again and Again. One of my mushrooms is a slowwww grower still haven't harvested that one yet but it's getting there she's got lots of pins. Also The company answers emails. When I was concerned about the bursted oats. Wonderful Product.

Bad reviews means these people didn’t have clean cultures… Liquid culture will be your best bet. If you have worked with mushrooms you’d know agar is king but with these bags you can really just take a breather on all the prep mushrooms require. Get a clean LC from a trusted vendor or if you have one already, I would test on agar before inoculating. Moisture and microclimate seems great so far. Edit: Updated with results. Couldn’t be more impressed. I ended up casing or adding a top layer of 50/50 coir and verm a half inch thick. Biggest fruits to date. Two 100+ gram fruits from this little tank of a bag.

So far the truth is they don't mention the size and I sat on them the whole weekend when I had been waiting to start Lions mane for the simple reason that the package only contained two bags instead of the four I had ordered. I'm not sure what the problem is with the bad reviews. I had 4 for 4 do great from a several year old spore syringe. Would definitely buy again.

They are good. No contamination

Fast growth but grain to sub mix was off had too much grain that was not fully developed and had huge pins already showing so not sure what to make of it yet but no visible contamination yet me bag doesn’t have any growth at all just assuming it was due not enough spores due to being the last bag inoculated from my syringe

It’s not that I’m writing a lot of reviews, but in this case wanted to note that these small baggies have very nice colonization rate, 2-5 times faster than like 5 other brands I’m trying. Inoculated all bags in my small test at the same time: these baggies are half colonized right now with fat white mycelium, while others just barely started.
