Do you need to poop?
Do you need to poop but the pipes are too clogged? These will fix you right up. But trust me when I tell you that just 2 capsules with a glassful of water is all that is needed to get the pipes going again. Best psyllium husk I have used. We used to use the Yerba line of psyllium husk but this is cheaper and works better.

I wrote a nice somewhat detailed and honest review about how great these pills work. Apparently Amazon thought it didn’t meet the guidelines. But I can’t edit it; So now you’re just gonna have to take these few words and believe you me they do work. Only took two a day and now taking three due to new medication. Recommend to everyone .
