The system is perfect for a small to medium sized business operation and can accomodate at least 200 employess with the provided key fobs and access cards. If you need more, this package has the numeric password entry on the reader as well. Everything you need is provided in this package (except the wires depending on the size of your building, but just use network cat5 cable, simple enough. Best thing I like about this product is its reasonable pricing, parts look sturdy and built with quality, and lastly, the SUPPORT TEAM IS EXCELLENT ! THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY AND ANSWERED ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ADEQUATELY ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !

This complete 4-door system works great and comes loaded with functionality, including attendance tracking. It came with 50 fobs and 50 access cards, as well as, a USB card reader which made setting up my 80+ users a breeze. The controller software is very easy to setup and get going. The strikes and card readers were also easy to install using Cat5 cable. Overall a tremendous value worthy of my 5-star rating.

I was looking for a complete system that would allow me to secure a data center using electric door strikes, but had great logging to ensure very strict access in and out. I had been looking at systems 4 times the cost, but rolled the dice and went with this system hoping to save some money. It turned out to be a great roll of the dice as this system has worked extremely well, it is fast, and up to this point very reliable. But what pushed me over the edge is the support. I had run into a few small issues during implementation and so I emailed their support expecting a slow turn around. But I had a response within the hour and the questions I had were quickly resolved through email.

This product from the beginning is just flawless. I have connected 6 of them together to make a massive 24 door system. Multiple Mag Locks and door strikers in a 10,000 square foot building. The devices setup was simple, as it only took 1 Cat6 cable per door to wire. I did however run into an issue when I configured the system. I spent hours trying to trouble shoot the problem, when i finally couldn't fix it I contacted tech support and they personally contacted me at 11pm to fix the problem. That is some real tech support!!!! The guy in minutes figured out the problem and it was working from that point on. I contacted them a few other times for instructions on how to setup other things and just like the first time the tech support was top notch. I will be buying many more of these to install over 100+ doors. I am so glad I took the chance and choose this product and this seller. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

This is my 2nd purchase of this ACS. My original works great. But the new model has a power supply issue. When I installed the 2nd ACS, the elocks worked intermittently. I immediately requested a replacement which was provided within a few days. Good replacement support. But the same issue occurred. I had my tech guys troubleshoot the problem and we noticed that the power supply is different from our 1st product. We put our own power supply in and the 2nd ACS worked just fine. So, the issue is the new power supply coming with the product is inferior. Needs a better power supply. Otherwise this product would get 5 stars.

There was no clear instructions and the support was foriegn speaking only.

These guys are great. it seems like a small company but there attention to customer service is spot on. Service seems to be overseas so they normally respond within 24 hours. For the money you cannot beat it. I strongly recommend giving it a try. F

At first I was a little skeptical about this Chinese product. We installed the access control in our office. We got a quote for similar Bosh unit for $3500. Installation took few hours without any experience. We used the existing electric lock. The support is really good. The provide you even with a skype contact and you can chat with support right away. They even have a super easy to use phone app. I don't often write amazon reviews, but this really deserves one.
