These are supposed to help make unborn baby clever. Wife took them during pregnancy. will have to wait and see. Wife said she felt difference.

These are relatively small bullet shaped capsules, so easy to swallow, I find. You take 2 a day, so the packet will last for 2 months as there are 120 of them. To me, they don't taste or smell but I don't have the best sense of smell in the world. I’ve been taking 7 supplements daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) since 2018. Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with Paracetamol and Lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to Omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver and have been taking these 7 supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing. At the beginning of May 2020, I read a report that trials were about to start using a new supplement that contains 5 ingredients, 2 of which I am already taking but I thought I should add in the other 3; Choline is one of them. One of the problems with NAFLD is that I have a very low immune system so catch everything that’s going so I need to take care but strangely it didn’t make it onto the NHS list!

Choline Bitartrate sounds a bit chemical, but is in-fact an essential nutrient from the vitamin B complex. Not only does it help with liver function, but it's good for heart function, memory and reducing inflammation. These capsules represent excellent value for money with 120 capsules in the resealable packet - two months' supply. I take it daily and can notice the difference, mentally and physically and no longer have indigestion or reflux.

I'm a big fan of this ethical company and think this supplement is excellent value for money. L-Choline reputedly provides good liver support and detox. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and have had no negative side effects so am happy to continue taking it daily and will buy from here again.

Can't complain with the quality of this and I would recommend it to others.

As per another review, I opened the packet and it stinks of rotten fish
