Useless
Support is not good for this lock. No technical support. No on-site Technician. I paid 3000 for installation. 1500 to technician and 1500 to welder. It took them 4 hours to install this lock and then it stops working after 1 day. Manufacturer is not concerned about lock installation. No call from installation team. I donโt recommend this lock to anyone

Review after 1 year of usage. Pros: * Product does what it says. * Quality is decent and it makes life convenient of family members as they don't have to wait for anyone to open the lock. * Mobile app works well. Cons: * Product is clearly a white labeled after importing from china. * No installation support, installation is easy tho. * No clear instructions on how to use it as everything was written in Chinese. I had to figure out the installation and usage myself. * Occassionaly it glitches and keeps on making sound which is annoying. Fortunately it doesn't unlock due to glitch. I have been using duracell batteries that costed 200 and lasts for an year.
