Hi, only when long press power button you could turn it off, if short press power button, it will turn to next mode by lowest strength, you have to press"+" button to increase strength then you could feel it's working.

Has anyone tried this to firm up the skin on inner thighs? I'm losing weight but now having trouble with toning this area so looking into other method

Perfect for getting rid of cellulite!!

I had some cellulite on the sides of my back and couldn't get rid of it with exercises, but using this massager only for couple of days, I notice the results. So it encourages me to use it more often! It could be a bit painful as I used the highest option, but it does work! I would really recomend it!
