Useless . The alarm did not work to tell me the two frequencies of light were operational. Returned to the supplier.as there was no customer service .

I'm not sure how or why, but this strange little device actually works. Before using this my nose was constantly running and nothing I tried stopped it - antihistamines and nasal sprays did nothing to help, but within a day of using this device things started to change. My nose finally stopped running and my sneezing reduced. Admittedly, whilst using it, I look a bit strange with my nose glowing red, but for just 3 minutes at a time, it's worth it. The device is small enough to just slip in a pocket, and the silicone sleeve that fits around the main body of the reliever makes it waterproof enough to wash the probes. I find it invaluable and well worth the money spent on it

The Kinetik Wellbeing Allergy Reliever – Hayfever Infrared Nasal Therapy arrived new as ordered, and I followed the assembly instructions exactly. Unfortunately, the device was defective straight out of the box. Only one of the nasal nodes turned on, making it unusable. Beyond the defect, the device feels very cheap for what is supposed to be a medical style wellbeing product. I have no confidence in its quality or reliability, and I do not even want to attempt a replacement. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Did not work after week of continuous use

Originally bought for nasal blockage principally on right nostril where nasal polyp present and these can sometimes be caused by allergens but device didn't have an effect so stored. Nasal polyp probably due to sinus/inner ear infection instead as blockage tends to diminish once e.g. large dose Allicin taken and/or external diluted oregano oil applied near ear. Today taking device from store (since mid 2023) to try again no power, so chnaged batteries for Maxell CR2032 (exp. 12/2024) but red light only switches on for 1 second then turns off. Will try with new batteries when they arrive but surprised still-valid Maxwell no good.

Really good! Easy to use and setup worked really well from 1st use could tell the difference

This is easy to use and has proven to be effective for me - I've not taken any antihistamines at all this past summer Used daily this really does Help Recommended

This device really works. I’ve seen four ent consultants and the last two options were have a sinus operation or use salt water. The steroid sprays had caused polops. I use reliever every 4 hours to start off with, but now use in am and pm each day and can breathe through my nose!! Bought them for my two sons, my brother and niece!! Really works. Battery has lasted since early 11th Jan until 17th March. Will change and update on ease.
