Only worked once
This worked once to recharge a battery pack. I tried to charge the battery pack again a few weeks later and the charger is not working. I am able to charge my battery pack with a solar charger so I know it’s not the battery. I tried all the troubleshooting tips but still no luck with the charger working.

Burned my Hand Scrubber
I purchased to charge a hand power scrubber and when I plugged it into my scrubbed and walked away only to go back to check on it and it started melting my scrubbed. It was literally hot. Looks like I can't return it and it's not longer available for sale. I wonder why. Now my scrubber is damaged. I checked for compatibility and it said that I could use this one was my reason for purchasing it. Buyer be ware.
