Best purchase. I dont know why but there was a mouse that digged its way in when I had the plastic version of this installed and that happened twice. This definitely won't let any mice through and I have no complaints with it. If you want to keep those pesky rodents away this will definitely do the job.

Our garage door to the outside had a similar strip, but over time it had weakened, and we were concerned cold/hot air and/or mice might be able to get into the garage under the door. I bought this, cut it to the right length and installed it on the door so it blocked that area under the door. It seems to be working great.
