Can this be printed on a laser printer or must it be an inkjet?

I use my laser printer with great success. The only caveat is that if you’re working with light fabric there can be some transfer. I rinse with oxyclean when that happens.

Do these have a grid?

No, these sheets do not have a grid, however they are printable, so you could put a sheet into your printer and print a grid on it (print on the stabilizer side, not the release sheet). That way you can create any size grid you like.

Can you draw on it with some type of market instead of printing?

Yes! I use a pencil to draw my shapes on for appliqué work.
