Honest review
Definitely good for after pregnancy to tighten up the muscles again and helps with bladder issues as well. I’m glad I bought this over the expensive ones they work just as well for beginners, after a year or so might wanna try and find a smaller size I’m not sure yet I’ll have to see if this size will be okay for good, just keep at it everyday and you will definitely see results After about 6 months, you will not have a lose vagina anymore, there I said it, had to be honest and straight up.

Product came damaged
So I was really excited to get these however, the middle weight silicone was already torn even before use. This makes me skeptical of the overall quality & whether I should even put it in my body
