Good tea
Tastes good and is calming.

Supposed to Lower Cortisol
The taste is nice. Kind of earthy flavor. I bought this because I read Tulsi can lower cortisol by 20 or 30%. I can't remember which. I'm postmenopausal which means my cortisol is higher now that I don't make estrogen in my body like I used to which causes me and other women to gain weight in the abdomen. I really hope this helps me get rid of the weight! I'll repost if there is no change.

Love tulsi in bags rather than loose tea.
Love the tulsi in bags. Used to buy it loose, but I am preferring them this way. They taste good and are fresh. It’s a great value for the quantity you get. I just keep them in a glass jar so they stay fresh.

It will lower blood sugar levels
This tea somehow lowers blood sugar like magic. Then I read that its called nature's metformin, wow I drank a cup with two pods every night. Perfect!
