Highly doubt but are you able to fit twice pre order benefit cards?

Hello. So long as the pre-order benefit cards are 56x87mm in size, they should be fine. If they're much thicker than 2 - 3 normal cards, the fit might be tight.

are the sleeves pvc free?

Yes. All of our sleeves are acid and PVC free.

Will these fit for small binders ?

Hello. They should fit in binders so long as the space in each of the pockets is wide and tall enough to handle 56x87mm.

Are the sleeves themselves 56x87mm or do they fit cards with size 56x87mm?

Hello. The size on the label is for the cards the sleeves are meant to fit. The sleeves are roughly 1mm larger.
