What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?

This is by far a superior product to other brands. It is non-GMO, wild caught, it is skinless/boneless, mild fresh flavor. Loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids, Contains a significant amount of B12, great protein source, should be very low in mercury since it comes from the north sea, has potassium, magnesium, and zinc which is good for your heart, it also has 100% of the recommended daily requirement for Vit D, there are reports that it helps to improve cognitive function, can help reduce triglyceride levels, and it is soooooo yummy. Makes a great lunch with a few cracker, or some crusty bread. There is also a Mediterranean seasoned variety that is wonderful.

The best and only flavor I like and buy is the Mediterranean style, I do add garlic to it.
