Originals Non-Tarnishing Silver Fortune Cookie Paperweight, Desktop Gift, Resturant Decor (60-2700)

This makes a great classy gift for little money

Very shiny exterior. Clasp and hinge are good. No defects. Stays closed with a slight click. This was exactly what I was looking for.

I read all the reviews on the fortune cookie before I bought it so I was prepared for the large size which I thought made it a better gift to give my adult son. Also, how often can you find something this unique where you are able to write a fortune for someone you love or respect. It is a gift that keeps on giving! The fortune cookie was in a beautiful black box to use as the gift box. The quality of this silver fortune cookie is outstanding. The price is very fair. I plan to order many more.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Now I did not order for anything spectacular but I can totally see why people ordered this to use for weddings, proposals, graduations and more! I am using it for a Christmas game we play with a Saran Wrap Ball ~ we wrap items up into a big Saran Wrap ball and have to unwrap the ball while wearing oven mitts and on a timer ~ whatever you unwrap during your time you get to keep ~ we put all kinds of stuff in them from candy to lottery tickets to gag items ~ so many options to use. This year this Silver Fortune Cookie is going to be my center (and last) item to be unwrapped with a grand prize in the middle. This Fortune Cookie is a little weighted, which is nice ~ it is not made of cheap metals ~ but not real Silver either ~ the message on the inside would have to be from you ~ you cannot personalized it before receiving ~ if you are looking for something like that I would recommend searching on Etsy for that!

I rarely write reviews, but I am so happy with this product that I felt inclined to do so. I ordered four of these Fortune Cookies for each of my grandchildren. It is the perfect token gift and I wrote a note and enclosed a money gift too. It is better than pictured, secure opening and closing. It came wrapped, placed in a drawstring velvet pouch and then placed in individual gift boxes. It was a perfect purchase from this company. Thank you!

Just amazing- In fact more than I was expecting. Yes! It fits a ring. My photo shows the cookie with a quarter and my wedding band. They are very large (3" x 2" - hard to measure- they could be bigger) I could not use them for my original idea because they were bigger than anticipated. But I have kept them in my gift stash for a later time. Someone just asked if they were big enough for a ring-and I am responding with a review so I can post a photo of the item with a ring inside. What a GREAT idea!!

So my story for wanting this is that I've been dating a very special girl to me. We went out for dinner one night and at the end of our meals we both got absolutely terrible fortunes. So, I got this so I could put my own message inside and gift it to her. It came with a piece of paper to write your own message on, but I ended up printing my own out. I used it to put a very important question inside for her. It made the question seem just a little more special. It worked perfect for me, so all 5 stars for me! She also started a new job where she'll be in an office a lot and this would make a nice paper weight or little item to put on her desk to think of us. Really nice build quality.

Beautiful! Nice quality; has some heft to it, definitely not chintzy! Planning to put cash in (with a fortune, of course) as a gift. There’s even a narrow slot for the fortune to peek out a bit. Wrapping in Chinese takeout type pkg for Christmas- going to bury it under a bunch of real fortune cookies!

It's much larger than I expected and yes, I do read the product specs, it's closer to 2.75"x3", and very heavy! I can see this being used as a paper-weight on a desk. It's a beautiful, unblemished silver and although I was concerned about the clasp from some reviews, it's perfect. It would fit a ring and a good-sized poem or note! I'm so happy with my purchase, and will be using it to hold a rolled up bill for our GS's grad!

Love the quality and size

Love, love, love it. Great gift that makes you look like a gift rockstar. Write a little fortune cookie message and leave inside. Makes you look like the most thoughtful person ever. Bought 8 to give out as things came up. Keeping one for me.
