Unfortunately it is not doing its job. It won't keep drinks or tea hot for longer than 90 minutes, it is frustrating. Although it is easy to clean the insulation is not good enough to keep liquids hot or even warm.

Stylish, doesn't hold a ton of liquid but not bad. The pump is the biggest problem, don't loose the pieces if you clean it. Feels like it needs less plastic components.

The Airpot from Hastings Collective is attractive and mostly well made. It's lightweight and the handle is easy to grip so it's perfect for taking along on picnics, etc. The pump works reasonably well. I found that it held cold water very cold for longer than the specified 24 hours. Even 3 days later my water was still cool. Hot water also stayed hot all day and was still warm the next morning. The perforated filter is very large so it will be perfect for steeping herbal tea or infusing water with fruit. Despite all of this, the Airpot does have small flaws. The opening is small and I found it difficult to get my hand inside with my dishcloth to clean it properly. I don't have small hands, but they aren't huge. At least I didn't think so. Also, the tube was tricky to clean so I have to wonder if it would hold coffee flavor that might transfer to ice water when dispensing liquids. I don't want to test it out. Besides, my main purpose will be serving ice water. I have a concern about the longevity of the accordion pump based on another review that showed damage to four dispensers that she purchased. She claimed that it was easy to push the top at an angle and damage the pump. I can see how that could happen as it does move in multiple directions. I will have to be diligent about pressing it directly in the center. Replacement parts do not appear to be available at this time. Overall I like this. I don't love it, but I do like it and it will be useful.

Fantastic for events and parties. Easy to use, holds a lot of water and easy to clean. Just be sure you have it in the unlocked position to serve. Someone started using mine before the event started and almost broke the pump.
