How long is the lightweight boom stand when made as short as possible (without dividing into multiple peices)?

It's about 24" when collapsed down as far as it'll go.

Can I order different missing parts ??

Most of the time Yamaha will provide small parts. The problem is finding a dealer who will order the parts you need without making you buy the whole bag. Most of the small parts come several to a bag.
