GOOD PRODUCT
Some of my aches have disappeared. I take one nightly and sleep well....no problem drifting off... These relax me unknowingly.. Just feel more at ease.. Ive tried another brand also advertise 7 types of magnesium but its not the same. Guess our body just knows what works.

Magnesium for calmness.
I wanted magnesium for sleep or calmness didn't really get that. Didn't cause diaherra which I wanted. Just not strong enough for me.

Has many types of magnesium
I like the fact that I'm getting more than one type of magnesium. So often magnesium supplements you buy are only one or maybe two types. I feel this helps me sleep at night, helps keep my blood pressure in check and keeps me regular.
