This was recommended by pharmacists in Africa for sinus congestion and colds. A few drops on a kleenex tucked into pillow case. Very effective. Glad I could find this brand on Amazon. Better than vicks less slime.

A relative suggested I put the oil on the bottoms of my feet. I am also breathing into the tissue that has a few drops of oil. It has helped with my breathing. The smell is surprisingly mild for the effectiveness.Using a natural way to inhale is my preferred method. It works amazingly well.
