Does this meet TSA size standards?

Yes, it meets TSA standards. Worked great/rolled smooth!

Will this 26” luggage meet Amtraks guides to carry on board?

The 26” does not but you can check it. The 22” works amazing as carry on and has tons of room!

Does this luggage have a CA Prop 65 warning?

To reply to P Sweeney who answered this incorrectly, there are almost always Prop 65 warnings on luggage nowadays and I'd be shocked if this didn't include a warning label.

What is the warranty? i see that there is a vague warranty policy on the travelers choice website and wanted to know how long it lasts.

Found this on the tag; "This Traveler's Choice luggage is accompanied by a 5 year limited manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will promptly replace the item, at our option, with another item of equal or greater value (less S&H). However, it is important to note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or airline mishandling."
