I understand it’s a one time play game, but does that mean if one set of 6 players finish it they can’t play it again but a new set of 6 players can?

It’s not at all a “one time play” game. There are many permutations. The game is different every time so the same players can play it many times and each outcome will be different depending on the choices made, whether that be choosing a different character or a different room or weapon. Hope I’ve explained that ok!

It's highly unlikely to be the same character twice. The odds are huge. We play it twice a week and never had the same scenario, and probably never will
