Decent, light duty tool for the money
Bought 2 of these to use as a light duty tool to move small items around and assist in swapping large rear axle housings. I wouldn't trust it for anything critical but they work very well for what I need. Being able to choose the chain length is a great option at purchase. The selector lever is a bit close to the wheel so be careful you don't pinch your fingers. Very light weight. Bought 2. One had a defective brake so swapped it out for another new one. The 2 i have now are working well. You are getting what you pay for..... lots of slop and stamped sheet metal parts, but again, they have served me very well and are at least solid in function.

Questionable usage allowed
Although the Amazon ad claims that this come-along can be used for pulling, the user's manual says "It is not allowed to pull the weight diagonally and horizontally." I tried to contact support three times to question this restriction since my older chain-type come-along has no problem operating horizontally or diagonally. This question was not answered three time, although information for returning it to Vevor was linked.I find this situation completely unreasonable.

Good product overr all
I do think that the 20ft chain its worth the money. But i didnt wanted to spend another $50. Center is 12" . and the hadle 15". Its about 50lbs . so you may neeed to use both hands when in use . The chain has some small defects i dont know if this will affect the integrity of the chain in the long run. !?
