Thirteen Chefs 18x12 White Cutting Board with Groove, 1/2" Thick Plastic

I ordered 2 of these large cutting boards to be used on the counter of my outdoor kitchen. They are sturdy, a bit heavy but they are commercial grade. They clean easily and are stored in under the counter cabinet. We use them for meal prep when having large family BBQs. They also work well for preparing individual pizzas which we often make in our outdoor pizza oven. I highly recommend these cutting boards.

Excellent product. Exactly what I needed

OK this is a beautiful cutting board for my outside kitchen, I just received this today and haven't taken it through its testing yet. Obviously this size board will not fit in a dishwasher, since I will only be using this in the summer months, soapy water and the garden hose along with sanitizing tabs should be proficient in keeping it clean. Using sharp knives and not using a ton of force to cut up meat, veggies or fruit should reduce scratching but expect some. I've worked in kichens most of my life and worked with these types of boards that were scratch resistant. So expect some. I'm putting mine on an outside cart that I found, a NexGrill cart with a stainless steel top so I will either place a damp towel under the board or a slip resistant mat. This will greatly increase the board from sliding around. This is a great looking board and I can't wait to start using it. Oh and it says it's heavy but I really dont think so. Dimensions are spot on correct. And there was no damage during shipping as mentioned in other reviews

Perfect size for counter placement. Much thicker to eliminate warping. This board also fits in the d/w for cleaning. Doesn’t seem to absorb color from vegetables like carrots, broccoli and nuts. Pleased with purchase and will consider for future gifts.

I don’t have a Prime membership, and as has become typical with Amazon it arrived late. I ordered it 3/16 and they set a 3/22 delivery date and followed up on 3/21 with a text that said it would arrive on 3/22. On 3/22, the tracking said it would be delivered by 8:00pm. Around 10:00pm, the tracking said it would be delayed. On 3/23, the tracking said it would be delivered on 3/25, then on 3/25 the tracking said 3/26. I got a text from Amazon on 3/26 that said it would be delivered by 8:00pm, and it finally arrived that afternoon. It arrived in great shape. Nice weight to it, and matches the specs in the description on Amazon. It’s a soft plastic, so it’s not hard on my knives and feels great when you’re slicing and chopping, but it does scar (had some initial deep scarring, but seems to be OK now after using it for a week). It’s dishwasher safe, which is great and fits in the dishwasher, but if you don’t throw it in the dishwasher, make sure you clean it thoroughly. So far, I’ve used it a lot and it has lived up to its no-stain claim, which is always great; it is a white and stays white, always looking clean. The only complaint that I have is minor; it says it has a “Grip Textured Surface” to prevent slipping and you can see that it does, but it does seem to slip a little when I’m chopping. I have a laminate counter-top, so that might be the reason. Overall, it’s a really decent cutting board. It seems like it’s going to last, won’t be hard on my knives, will stay clean and unstained, and it’s really reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a good board at a good price, this is it.

I bought a very expensive outcome cutting board. This one is far superior. It doesn't stain and so far no cut marks. Highly recommend

My husband uses this for preparing meats for the smoker, like cleaning up a huge brisket. It's a huge cutting board, and paying the extra $25 for the juice moat is TOTALLY worth the money so you don't end up with raw meat juice all over your kitchen. This item is pretty darn heavy and it doesn't bend at all. It's a solid piece of kitchen equipment. Love that it black so it doesn't look as gross when you're cutting up a bunch of meat, honestly.

I've been coveting the new sinks with the drop in cutting board and drainer, but we just redid our kitchen 4 years ago and I don't dare say "honey, how about a new sink?" or worse yet a new sink and granite! So I started looking for a cutting board big enough to ride on top of the granite and over the sink. 18" was perfect and I love, love, love the black color because it doesn't show stains and it goes perfectly with the rest of my kitchen. The only downside is that it slides, but there's an easy free solution. Flip up your area rug and cut an inch off the rubber pad you have under it to prevent slipping and put it along and under the edge of the cutting board. Problem solved! And since it's not attached it doesn't cause any problems with cleaning. Oh, and its also a great cutting board! Yes it scars but don't they all? I would buy it again without hesitation.

I've only used it once and I love it. It gives me the space I need to cut up primal cuts of beef. As well, I also really like the way the black version looks.
