I was not impressed with the cleaner I had washed my awning with it with very little water and almost straight cleaner it didn't brighten it at all but I was very impressed with the waterproofing with ptef the following day after waterproofing the awning it rain like crazy water repelled off of it like a waterfall no water drip through the awning like before two thumbs up for the sealer one thumb down for the cleaner
