Bought this as I purchased a blink doorbell and wasn’t sure if it was needed or not. In the end we decided to use the angled mount (came with doorbell) as opposed to the wedge one. Reason being is that the front door is on the side of the house and we needed the doorbell angled to face oncomers. The wedge would be useful if you needed the doorbell facing a little downwards or upwards. Have kept it though in case we ever move house.

Really difficult to mate with the vertical wedge, and there's no good water seal.

If I could give 0 stars I would
Constantly has a low battery life. Customer support is appallingly bad. The batteries required are so expensive, and when you insert them to the Blink you immediately get notified batteries are low and to order new ones. Scam product.
