How do I remove the lead sheet residue/ debri that got on plastic portion of a ct scan?!

Try using simple green and a paper towel.

if i were to line a box or compartment with the sheet, would the contents inside be visible through xray?

Any agency scanning the box would be forced to open and visually check the contents. However to answer the question modern scanners scan more than just a flat plane.

The sheet I got was a 12"x12" sheet and 1/32 thick. It looks to me like the product you're asking about is 12x24 and twice as thick. Mine was about 2-3 pound, so I guess this one would be quite a bit more.

Can this sheet be scored and snapped into straight pieces? Or do they cut easily with tin snips?

1/16” sheet can be cut easily with snips, hacksaw blade, steak knife, dremel, brake-press, ect…its softer and more maleable than wut ur thinkin. You will be tempted to use ur teeth but i wouldnt recomend that.
