These Excedrin Tension Headache Relief caplets are easy to take and convenient to keep on hand. The acetaminophen and caffeine combination works well for relieving tension headaches without containing aspirin. This product does the job - quickly!
Quick relief from a headache! I wanted to find an over-the-counter (OTC) alternative to prescription headache medicine; and, upon doing a lot of research, I found out that this Excedrin was the best alternative. It got rid of my neck-based headache within a half hour without ibuprofen. I highly recommend this product: if I again have a headache that needs stronger medicine than that which is minimally acceptable, I will definitely use this Excedrin.

The only one that works
I thought I had migraine headaches. It is actually headaches from tense neck and muscle pain. This is all that works for me and it works fast.

Crazy amount of red dye
These work good, but I am concerned about the amount of red dye on these. I usually wash them off.
