I bought this ink cartridge combo pack for my husband’s printer, and it has been working great. The installation was quick and easy, and the printer recognized both cartridges right away. The print quality is clear and sharp for everyday documents, school papers, and occasional color printing. So far, the ink lasts well and we haven’t had any issues with smudging or streaks. The Sailner 67XL two-pack of cartridges I recently purchased fit and work perfectly with my HP DeskJet combo printer. Absolutely no difference from the original cartridges! If you don't print very often and do not wish to enter into HP's replacement program, the Sailner brand is the way to go. Their cartridges work perfectly and produce excellent printing (and no error messages from the machine). Also, Sailner has great packaging with removeable tabs protecting the cartridge contacts and ink jets during shipping. The cartridges shipped in a VERY sturdy cardboard box and even came with a postage-paid envelope for recycling your my cartridges. Outstanding!

I purchased ink cartridges for my printer. The black ink cartridge worked great but I could not get the colored ink cartridge to work at all. I kept getting an error message on my printer. I tried all the fixes my printer help desk suggested and all the fixes Sailner suggested. No success. Sailner offered to mail me out new cartridges free of charge.
