The crisps were not protected in the package & most of them were broken, in pieces. The crisps should have been wrapped in bubble wrap. Except for being small pieces, The crisps taste great.

I love artisan crisps and buy them is all flavors when ever I see them, and what I liked about these were that they have chewy, dried, cranberries and crunchy pumpkins seeds. They taste great with brie cheese, but are also good with cream cheese, feta or any mild cheese that wouldn't compete to much with their rustic flavor. They are just the right size and perfect addition to a charcuterie board. However, half of the package I got was broken pieces. If I were buying them for a party platter, I couldn't use them. These were for my personal snacking so I didn't care. I don't know if they were broken in transit, but I guess you take a chance when buying brittle crackers online, sight unseen. Overall, they're good and I recommend trying them!

The crackers are crispy and delicious; however... they arrived with the box crumpled in and every cracker was shattered into little pieces. I certainly expected better packing for a small almost $10 box of artisin crackers. And they were a day late to boot. I was counting on them for a charcuterie board that they arrived too late for (not that they would have been usable for that with the shattered state they arrived in).

They taste great and are a wonderful product! However, they arrived in a thousand tiny broken pieces. Packaging for shipment must be better or delivery people must be trained. These are too expensive to arrive in broken bits.

Good cracker, different from the norm. I find these like so many others will get a “plastic” taste, which is the grocery stores fault. It either acquires this from transportation and or sitting on shelf too long. One box was excellent the other just started to taste this way. I have no idea how to figure solution, I return product and get another one, usually try box in store.its not just this brand it’s others too….

I gave this cracker one star bc they were ALL broken. The cracker is very good tasting. Don't plan on using them for a party.

Delicious!!! Do not need topping SOSOSO yummy! Yes most were broken. Too bad for that. Likely will not buy again because of so many broken crackers. Too expensive to have broken crackers regardless how delicious.

Taste great and love that they are gluten free.

Price was okay, enjoyed the crackers with a cup of coffee.
